Unexpected - Impromptu Coffee Date Happened
Family my apologies for being kinda quiet this last week! I officially joined ROYA and have been tapping in there and getting tightened up on a few loose ends with my process/systems.. Anyway, I did a FB live the other day..just talking about part of my journey, mindset, etc...type of stuff. A friend hopped into my comments, was engaging and I told him I was going to DM him after the live to just chat. I wasn't looking to prospect him because of my own thoughts around his business model and what I know his business to be. So of course I chatted him up, we began to catch up and then he asked what was I doing now. So I told him purely as a way to make sure he and anyone knows what I'm up to these days, all with no pitch or expectation. Afterwhich he respond.."OMG, I have about 1500 leads that I need to be contacted...we need to talk" My jaw hit the floor. We hopped used Voice memos to go back and forth and come to find out he's actually consulting with a Life Insurance company out of Cali and they have hired setters that they are sick and tired of, lol. The setters are having to call leads 3x's each and almost no one answers the phone so they are wanting to find a way to replace them.. TaDa!! We scheduled the zoom for a couple hours away only because I was driving back from taking my son to school. We had the coffee date today, it went wonderful, we recorded it, and we will be following up with another partner (who will review the recording) in the agency on tomorrow to answer follow up questions and get started. Funny how just being open to talk about what we do can garner attention. Keep going guys and gals...literally my unexpected warm market is showing interest! Tap into yours too however you can :)

Can you demo to a group? Yes you can!
This morning I hosted a workshop about automations and AI Assistants for a women's network here in Dubai. Here's how I did 2 different types of demo. 1) Speed to lead WhatsApp I put a QR code in my slides and invited the audience to scan it to start a conversation. GHL gives us the ability to create QR codes that start a conversation on whatsapp. I had a Conversational AI configured for WhatsApp with lead qualification questions, some calculations and then inviting leads to book a call. It demonstrated that multiple people can talk to the AI at the same time. 2) Outbound Voice AI I'd configured a workflow to trigger the Elevenlabs AI Agent I've been building over the past week. The trigger was for an outbound call to my mobile which I answered and connected to a Bluetooth speaker so everyone could hear the AI. It asked questions about creating a mortgage proposal for me and then invited me to book a call with an advisor. So yes, it's absolutely possible to do group demos with a little preparation beforehand!

How to override your AI mid-convo (step-by-step instructions)
This question has cropped up a few times now. "How do you turn off the AI when a human needs to take over a conversation?" Unlike poor Tom in this free group, who resorted to flipping the DND switch on and off to keep his bot quiet… There's a much simpler way to override the AI inside specific conversations. It's all to do with the tagging inside HighLevel. Once set up, if you add the "manual takeover" tag to a contact card, the AI bot will know that it no longer needs to respond to that customer. And as a fail-safe, so you don't lose track of those kinds of conversations… You'll get a notification each time one of the customers you’ve “manually overridden” replies to one of your messages. To answer your next question… "How do we set up this 'manual takeover' process?" We've built the majority of it for you already within the Sleeping Beauty Android snapshot, so there's not much for you to do. But, to make sure your notifications are set up correctly for these manual replies… …and that you know HOW to take over a chat and override AI. I've put together a step-by-step below. 1. Go to automations via the left-hand panel in your HighLevel. 2. Click on the first workflow folder (ChatGPT - AI Conversation New) 3. Click the "Create Response" Workflow 4. Find the "Manual Takeover" action within the workflow and click the "Internal Notification" action that's underneath it. 5. Fill in the "From Name", "From Email", and "To Custom Email" fields with your details and hit save. 6. Go back into that same "Internal Notification" action, scroll down to the bottom, and use the "Send Test Mail" function to make sure it's set up properly. Then, next time a lead is chatting with your bot and you want to take over and override the AI… 1. Go into that lead’s contact card in HighLevel. 2. Scroll down to the ACTIONS section in the left-hand panel of the contact card and click where it says “tags”.  3. Type manual takeover into the "add tags" box. Then click the tag that appears to add it. 4. Now that the ‘manual takeover’ tag is added, when that lead responds, their response will be filtered and not sent to the n8n/zapier workflow, meaning AI will not reply.  5. Instead, an internal notification is sent (what we set up above) to let you know that a lead has responded to your manual message, and you need to go in and reply instead.

@Steve DallaCosta my 2 cents on this. When I first learned about AI agents, I used an external source to build the prompts leveraging chatgpt. Then they sold the company and the software went bonkers. The I switched to The built-in GHL AI agent. Complete night and day in terms of conversation and organic responses. When built external using open AI the AI had far greater knowledge base, in my opinion and the responses seemed very natural even if the contact went off the rails. With the GHL AIagent, I could see almost immediately the type of rigid responses, not so conversational (more limited I should say) and just the experience to me felt more like a bot. So you can certainly use the GHL one, but once you experience the external ones, you just can't go back...your prospects will be able to tell. So use what works best and is simplest...but those of us who have used both know. The difference is like a Toyota which is a damn good car, and a Maybach..just a frikken better ride! :)

2 More Coffee Dates - Closed
I posted earlier this week about the coffee date I got scheduled just by asking about him having unconverted leads. It’s happening tomorrow. So I can share deets after it’s done. What’s crazy is I managed to get 2 more coffee dates scheduled this week as well. Met with both gentlemen, and both agreed to $4k setup upfront. One guy settled on 30% of sales during test, and the other I’m having a follow up tomorrow to square up the back side on that deal. But I’m thinking it may be 20-25% of sales (he didn’t like the 50% initially as he texted me later lol- while mentioning more of what he was thinking). So I’m fine with that. I’d even offer (if necessary) a pay per result option as well..something like $50-$100 per appointment. If I’m completely honest…I’d really do it for nothing on the back mainly because of the $4k up front he’s ok with. So that’s potential $8k over next 5 days to be funded. 🙏🏼 I’ll keep yall posted on tomorrow’s coffee date. (I'm expecting to make it $12k!!!)

@Joe Kazma they have both funded, yes! This is my 4th client so far. My first one was a week or two after completing the book and deciding to do this!

@Tim Hoy for these specifically I texted them and just asked if they had any leads sitting in their CRM that hadn’t converted into sales yet…they both said yes
What are the most important criteria to screen for when setting up coffee dates?
Hi everyone, I'm looking for guidance on how to determine if a business is worth setting up a coffee date with. What are the key factors that I should be looking for when considering reaching out to businesses? I'm at the stage where I'm trying to come up with a list of contacts I should reach out to, but I'm a little lost at the moment with what I should be looking for. If someone could give me a simple understanding, I would really appreciate it!

Great question James! So here’s what’s important to me up front: 1. Is it a service based business? 2. Are they doing consistent advertising/marketing 3. Do they have unconverted leads collecting digital dust 4. Would they like to turn those leads into booked appointments and ultimately sales That’s all I need to know to at least schedule a coffee date.
