✨ Reflection: Where Did I See God This Year?
✨ Reflection: Where Did I See God This Year? As this year comes to a close, take a quiet moment to look back. Not just at the milestones and answered prayers—but also at the waiting, the challenges, and the moments that shaped you. Sometimes God shows up in the big blessings. Sometimes He’s there in the strength you didn’t know you had, the peace that carried you through, or the people He placed beside you at just the right time. Reflect and ask yourself: • Where did I feel God’s presence this year? • What prayers were answered—maybe differently than I expected? • How did God grow me through the hard moments? Take a moment to write it down or share if you feel led. Reflection helps us recognize that God has been faithful all along. 💛

I couldn’t imagine my life without God. I have been disabled since 2005, yet I see God’s hand in every part of my life! Through losing my mom and bringing a Christian woman into my Dad’s life. Throw my mother-in-law who is my best friend. Through my husband who is faithful to God in every way. God is drawing me back from my wilderness years this year. He is showing me how to conquer my fear in small steps, like wearing Christian tee shirts that start conversations and by reaching out to my friends in church and opening up about things I struggle with. Also, preparing us for hard times to come like aging parents. I’ll probably lose my dad this year, but I trust God that he as heard my prayers for his salvation. His mind may not be there, but I know God can get his spirit right with him. He gave me peace when I lost my grandfather and my mother, I know he’ll do so with my dad as well. I still trust him with my health as well. I see him also at work in my son Josh, even though he has given us reasons to doubt. Thank you Jesus for stremyth in hanging on to the small things while we wait in the larger things. Thank you for my quietly strong husband who continues to stand by me even when I am difficult. Thank you for his love and care! Thank you for my church family too, for the 21 years we have had with our pastor and his family, and for Pastor Craig who will be taking over when Pasfor Tom retires in May. Thank you for our church plant and watching it grow to an independent church! Thank you for my lovely secret sister and for expanding church friends. And thank for my new friends here! Your faithfulness never ceases to amaze me!

Hi! My name is Tracey. I’m a 62 year old mom of four in a blended family. Lately, the Bible verse that has been speak loudly to me is , “Jesus wept,”. It’s the shortest verse but it speaks volumes! There is so much behind those two words! It reminds us of Jesus’ humanity and how much he had a heart for his people. It shows the depth of his emotions and the deep love he as for us. It also shows that he had struggles too, praise you Jesus for loving us so deeply and being the example of how to live sacrificially!

🌟 Advent Theme: HOPE 🌟
As we begin the Advent season, we welcome the first and beautiful theme—HOPE. Hope reminds us that even in uncertain moments, God is already working behind the scenes. It’s a promise that light is coming, that breakthroughs are possible, and that we are never waiting alone. This week, let’s reflect on: ✨ The hope that strengthens ✨ The hope that guides us ✨ The hope that renews our spirit May this season fill our hearts with expectation, peace, and the assurance that brighter days are ahead. Have a blessed Advent! 🙏

Sometimes Hope is all we have when we are in the midst of the battle. Remembering that Jesus is our hope and our future, gives us God’s assurance and His peace that passes all understanding. May God give his hope and assurance to all of you this Christmas season and knowing that he is in control!

We all need it at times! I am glad you shared your heart! Being vulnerable and keeping it real is the only way to grow closer to Christ and each other. God showed me that again recently and I felt the need to pass on the blessing!

@Dorothy Valentin Most gracious and merciful Father, touch Dorothy’s husband with you healing hand and wrap him in your loving arms. Removed the cancer from his lungs and breathe you breath of life into him. If that is not the way you desire to heal him, then give him and Dorothy the strength to walk the road ahead bravely and courageously. Let them know you will never leave them, nor forsake them. Most of all, give them the peace that surpasses all understanding and feel your presence with them. You are the Prover Lord and nothing can standing against you. What Satan is using to harm him, show Dorothy and her husband that you will use this for their good and your glory. In Jesus name. Amen.
