I started running in September and to date everything is still pretty painful afterwards and the next few days. I keep persevering! But I’m now on my second flare up with tendonitis. My goal was a marathon, but looks very unlikely now. Do I stop running totally and just focus on strength. I do feel I’ve built up time in my running and don’t wish to lose what I’ve built up. I’ve been cross training but still feel sore, it’s also my feet too.
