I absolutely loved this 21-day challenge! Coach Jazz was incredibly engaged and completed the challenge right alongside us, which made us feel truly supported. The group was motivating, caring, and held each other accountable. I started at 196 lbs with a goal of 180 and finished at 194, then reached 193! I’m proud of my progress and the healthier habits I’ve developed. I’m excited to join the October challenge!
