I wanted to post this and ask about what are the automations that we could implement for B2B businesses which we could charge a recurring subscription for. Most of the automations are one off projects. But i wanted to have a recurring base income so I don’t have to start from scratch every month

To build recurring income with B2B automations, focus on processes that run continuously and need ongoing monitoring, rather than one-off setups. Examples: Lead management & follow-ups – new leads keep coming. Automated reporting & dashboards – weekly/monthly insights. Customer onboarding & engagement sequences – recurring for every new client. Subscription, billing & order tracking – alerts, reminders, updates. Social media/content scheduling – continuous content distribution. The key is to offer maintenance and optimization as part of a monthly package, so businesses keep paying for a system that stays up-to-date.
