šŸ’° $2,500 Check from Merrick Bank — Here's What Happened
Level Uppers šŸ’³ One of my clients had a collection account that most people would have just paid or tried to dispute the traditional way. Instead, we used consumer law. The result? A $2,500 settlement check from Merrick Bank. This is why I keep telling you all — credit repair isn't just about removing negative items. It's about knowing your rights under the law and forcing banks and collectors to follow it. Inside the Elite Credit Repair Masterclass I break down: • How arbitration works • How to find violations • How to write demand letters • How to force settlements This is the exact strategy I used. If you're serious about learning how to do this the right way, the Elite Masterclass is currently on sale until the end of March. After that the price goes up. šŸ‘‡ Access it here https://www.skool.com/next-level-credit-academy/classroom/e4d1dcac?md=8573a9b6406341fe9e8ac2d1f46e8e8c

@Tamiya Robles I don’t have the confidence you have to do arbitration. I know it may be easier than it sounds…

@Tamiya Robles Ok.
Another Settlement Call with an Attorney
Level Uppers šŸ‘€ I just uploaded a real call I had today with an attorney for Celtic Bank—this is an actual settlement negotiation, not theory, not ā€œwhat ifsā€ā€¦ real-time strategy in action. My demand?Deletion + debt waiver + $5,000 šŸ’° Now, I’ve dealt with this attorney before… and I already know her style. She’ll get on the phone, sound like we’re close to wrapping things up, then drag it out. So I’m not expecting a quick turnaround—but if it happens, great. If not, we stay on their neck. Either way, it’s part of the process. I want you to listen to this call so you can hear:• How I position the case• How I handle pushback• What these attorneys actually say behind the scenes• Why patience + strategy matters This is the kind of game most people never get access to. Go check it out inside the group and let me know your thoughts šŸ‘‡Questions? Drop them under the post. And if you want to learn how to do this yourself step-by-step, get into the Credit Masterclass:https://www.skool.com/next-level-credit-academy/classroom/e4d1dcac?md=8573a9b6406341fe9e8ac2d1f46e8e8c

I need your help I have a case I know you could get us paid for. They are purposely reporting a wrong address for me and they have inaccurately stated on my report that the account is written off/ charged off and I asked for a 1099 and I have emails to prove they said that it isn’t being written off but are still reporting is as written off. Also, the repossession docs were sent to an incorrect address and I have the copies in my email. They told me that was neither here nor there. I’m confident we could get them but I don’t know how to do it effectively
