I spoke with my 1st seller today she's asking $180k, house has been renovated in the last couple of years, 3bd 2 bath, ready to go no repairs needed at this time. How can I figure out a good offer to get it under contract?

@Chrisshana Gholar Ok BROWN CATHERINE DYVONNE purchased this house in 2022 Catherine wants Retail for this property built in 1958. Buyers are paying around $60k - $75k for similiar houses in the area. I am sure Catherine is proud the repairs done for the property but in order for this to be a deal for you it would need to be less than $75k. Like around $50k

This city is out in "no where" land the population is less than 2,000 people even if you get this at a "good" price it will be hard to move the land because the population is so small.

zompz is an extension for Google Chrome, and Zillow is a website. You can access the zompz extenstion here zompz.com and zillow.com here
