The April Tradeline List is officially live and ready for you to review. Everything you need is already included in this list: ✔ Lender / Bank ✔ Credit Limits ✔ Item Numbers ✔ Cycles✔ Statement Dates ✔ Pricing ✔ Address (if needed) Please take your time and go through the list carefully. Do not rush when selecting a tradeline. Every tradeline serves a different purpose depending on your client’s profile 📌 LET’S TALK ABOUT STATEMENT DATES (VERY IMPORTANT) A lot of you get confused here, so let me break it down clearly: The statement date does NOT mean that is when the tradeline will post. The statement date simply means: The billing cycle has closed for that account The account information is finalized for that month After that: The creditor processes the data The creditor sends it to the credit bureaus The bureaus match the tradeline to the consumer’s profile This process takes time. Most tradelines will post within 3–5 days,( After the Statement Closing Date) but in some cases: It can take up to 2 weeks Some can take up to 31 days 🚨 I do NOT control when a tradeline posts. So if it’s been 4 days… 7 days… even 9 days… that is still within a normal timeframe. Tradeline posting is NOT instant. 📌 IF A TRADELINE DOES NOT POST If a tradeline has not posted within 31 days: ✔ I will review you or your client’s file ✔ We will figure out what may be causing the delay ✔ You will have options: Replacement tradeline OR refund ( Your Choice) 📌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS AN AFFILIATE BROKER This part is very important. ✔ It is your responsibility to make sure your client: Adds the tradeline address (if required) Completes the intake form correctly Provides accurate information Provides the correct Experian login ( Including Security answer and 4 digit pin) I will NOT chase your client down. If the login is incorrect, incomplete, or if the address has not been added, that will delay the process. These are your clients, so it is your responsibility to make sure everything is done correctly before submission.
