Let’s check in…
No agenda. No fixing. No figuring it all out today. Just a pause. Here’s the question I want us to sit with for the rest of the week: 👉🏽 What feels off right now — even if you can’t fully explain it? Don’t overthink it. The first thing that came up when you read that? That’s the one we’re working with. Drop a word, a sentence, an emoji — whatever feels honest. This is a safe space, so share. 💜

@Theodora Carter asking and if anyone wants to join me via zoom 😂
Welcome, February 🤍
Inclement weather shifted a lot of plans lately. Instead of seeing it as an inconvenience, I chose to see it as a pause. I rested. I reorganized a few things at home. I checked in with my goals. I adjusted my mindset. Sometimes the “time-out” we didn’t plan becomes the reset we actually need. How did you use your unexpected pause? And here’s something to think about —What if you gave yourself time like that on purpose once a month… storm or not? This month, make space for you — your goals, your desires, your intentions. That’s how we thrive.
Welcome, February 🤍

I used as time to sort through the piles of papers that had just been sitting around

I'm in a season of realignment, learning to pause, listen and make choices that reflect who I want to be
