How to Rebuild a Better Marketing Site in 20 Minutes with AI
here’s a repeatable process you can try today. Instead of spending weeks in design cycles, you can use AI tools to draft a stronger website in under half an hour. The 4-Step Process 1. Competitive Benchmarking in AI - Open Claude (or any advanced AI model). - Ask it: "Analyze the top competitor websites in our space. Summarize what’s strong about their messaging, layouts, CTAs, and positioning." - Bonus: Ask it to also list the top 5 reasons customers choose your number one competitor. 2. Extract the Winning Elements - From Claude’s output, highlight recurring strengths such as simplicity of headline, social proof placement, clear product benefits. - Keep this list short and punchy. This becomes your site’s design brief. 3. Build in Replit (or similar ai builder, base44, lovable etc. there are many) - Prompt it with: - "Rebuild our marketing site using these competitor strengths and these customer-buying reasons. Make it clean, modern, conversion-focused." - Replit will generate a draft site in minutes. 4. Review and Iterate - Share the draft with your CMO, sales lead, or growth team. - Iterate quickly on copy, imagery, or CTAs with AI prompts inside Replit. - In less than 20 minutes, you will have a new marketing site draft ready for feedback. The Benefits - Speed: From weeks to minutes. Great for testing ideas during downtime. - Market-Aligned: You are directly borrowing what works in your category. - No Agency Needed: Marketers can build and ship drafts without developer or designer bottlenecks. - Iteration-Friendly: Every draft gets smarter as you refine prompts with customer insights. Why This Matters for Marketers This is not about replacing your brand team. It is about empowering marketers to ship faster experiments and bring real prototypes into conversations. You can share more than ideas now, your team and customers can see a live draft site and then iterate on that more quickly.

@Ray Merlin, I appreciate the clarity and tactical wisdom. This is a sharp, repeatable framework that cuts through the usual design bottlenecks. The benchmarking prompt alone is worth the price of admission, it’s a fast track to market-aligned messaging without the guesswork. I’ll be testing this flow with Replit and Claude this week. Thanks for sharing a process that’s both practical and high-leverage.
Claude Code Marketing
Claude Code offers far more than just coding capabilities. For instance, Anthropic’s growth marketing team is leveraging it to create hundreds of ad creatives in just minutes. Anthropic has underestimated the broader potential of this tool. It deserves a name like “Claude Agent” rather than “Claude Code.” What marketing tasks are you using claude code for?

Thank you for sharing this, Ray, great insight! 🙌 Claude Code (or should we say Claude Agent?) is definitely proving to be a powerhouse beyond just dev tasks. I’ve been using it for: - Generating ad copy variations for different personas and platforms - Drafting email sequences and subject lines - Creating SEO-optimized blog outlines - Summarizing competitor positioning and messaging - Even building campaign briefs with timelines and deliverables It’s like having a full-stack marketing assistant on demand. Curious to hear how others are integrating it into their workflows too!
Claude code for marketing
Here is more from the Anthropic on how they use Claude code for marketing.... Claude Code for growth marketing The Growth Marketing team focuses on building out performance marketing channels across paid search, paid social, mobile app stores, email marketing, and SEO. As a non-technical team of one, they use Claude Code to automate repetitive marketing tasks and create agentic workflows that would traditionally require significant engineering resources. Main Claude Code use cases Automated Google Ads creative generation The team built an agentic workflow that processes CSV files containing hundreds of existing ads with performance metrics, identifies underperforming ads for iteration, and generates new variations that meet strict character limits (30 characters for headlines, 90 for descriptions). Using two specialized sub-agents (one for headlines, one for descriptions), the system can generate hundreds of new ads in minutes instead of requiring manual creation across multiple campaigns. This has enabled them to test and iterate at scale, something that would have taken a significant amount of time to achieve previously. Figma plugin for mass creative production Instead of manually duplicating and editing static images for paid social ads, they developed a Figma plugin that identifies frames and programmatically generates up to 100 ad variations by swapping headlines and descriptions, reducing what would take hours of copy-pasting to half a second per batch. This enables 10x creative output, allowing the team to test vastly more creative variations across key social channels. Meta Ads MCP server for campaign analytics They created an MCP server integrated with Meta Ads API to query campaign performance, spending data, and ad effectiveness directly within the Claude Desktop app, eliminating the need to switch between platforms for performance analysis, saving critical time where every efficiency gain translates to better ROI. @Ray Merlin 🔥Thank you for sharing this, Ray. The value here is next-level, this isn’t just about automation, it’s about operating like a scaled enterprise with a lean team. That’s the type of leverage smart businesses are chasing in 2025. Claude Code is clearly becoming a game-changer for growth marketing, and what stands out most is the agentic workflow strategy, sub-agents for headlines, descriptions, analytics... this is how you scale precision and performance without hiring a full tech stack. 💡 Whether you're in real estate, finance, or e-commerce, if you’re running ads, doing split testing, or managing campaigns across platforms, THIS is the blueprint for 10x output with 10% effort. ✅ Creative automation with Claude + Figma ✅ Performance insights from Meta Ads API ✅ Memory-based prompt engineering = smarter over time This is AI working for the business, not just inside it. Anyone not exploring Claude, OpenCode, or Gemini CLI right now is leaving serious ROI on the table. Appreciate you bringing this to the community, Ray! Let's keep building systems that think, test, and scale with us. 📈⚙️

@Ray Merlin Appreciate the share! That’s a solid value, 300 daily credits for one task is a great way to test the waters. Manus can be a powerful tool for automating outreach, research, or content tasks. For anyone diving in, start by using those credits on high-impact tasks like email templates or lead scraping, then scale from there. Let’s explore how to plug this into our workflows and get the most out of the freemium.
