Friendly Reminder - Everytime you shift focus, you lose it!
Doing some deep work right now, and found myself unconsciously checking my phone out of old habit. Immediately, since I'm becoming more sensitive and aware through this program, I felt a shift. Lower energy, lower focus, and took another 5-10 minutes to get back in the flow of things. I know right now our group is all men lol but eventually when women join it's important to note: Both genders are poor at multi-tasking. I've heard before that women are better at multi-tasking but so far theres no biological proof of this, just interesting to think about. So... practice this: do one thing at a time. This is essentialism at play. Eating? Just eat. Having a conversation? just do that. Making love? just do that and don't think about anything else. Be. Here. NOW!
