Cat, puma or tiger?
A new species of wild cat has recently been identified in Bolivia. What makes the story fascinating is that the animal was initially mistaken for an ordinary cat, and it was only later—through genetic research—that scientists discovered it belonged to a completely different evolutionary lineage. This makes us wonder: How many unknown species might still be hiding in plain sight?

It is crazy to think about how much nature is still hiding right in front of us. Such a beautiful cat too!
The Active Practice Wall
It’s easy to understand a prompt or lesson, but the real friction starts the second you have to produce output on your own. You read the method, open your notes, and suddenly hesitate to speak or write a single natural sentence without a guide right in front of you. That gap between understanding a concept and actually using it every day feels way bigger than it should be. Where do you usually get stuck once you close the lesson and try to practice?

@Gabriel Silva It’s such an awkward wall to hit.
🎯 MINI CHALLENGE! What’s Your Favorite Language-Learning App or Exercise? 📱🧠
(Answer in your target language!) Alright everyone — let’s talk about what you actually DO to learn a language. 😁 We all have that one app, exercise, or little routine that seems to work particularly well for us. Maybe you: • use Duolingo every morning 🦉 • watch YouTube videos in your target language • talk to yourself while walking around 😂 • use flashcards • practice with ChatGPT • listen to podcasts • write a few sentences every day • have some completely weird technique that somehow works 🔥 👉 So today’s question is: What’s your favorite language-learning app or exercise — and why do you like it? 📝 Your challenge: Write 3–5 sentences in your target language explaining: 1. What app or exercise you use 2. How often you use it 3. Why you think it helps you ✨ Example “My favorite language-learning exercise is watching short videos in Spanish. I try to watch something every day, even if it’s only for ten minutes. I like it because I hear how people actually speak and I’m constantly picking up new expressions. Sometimes I watch the same video twice to see how much more I understand the second time.” 🌍 Now it’s your turn. What’s one app, exercise, or language-learning habit you’d genuinely recommend to everyone else? 😁🔥

Talking to myself while doing chores or walking around works surprisingly well for me.
A future job?

this too Geology sounds interesting if you like field work and earth science, but it really depends on what kind of industry you want to get into. Are you thinking more about environmental consulting, mining, or just studying it out of curiosity?

Funny how those are always the hardest ones to actually keep up with every day.
