Build your systems before you need them
Most businesses don't. When things are slow, there's no urgency. When they're busy, there's no time. So systems get built in the middle of the chaos. Often rushed, incomplete, and hard to scale. The businesses that grow sustainably build ahead of demand. They document processes, hire before the bottlenecks, and put the right systems in place before growth arrives. It may feel unnecessary at first, but when things take off, preparation becomes your biggest advantage. What system in your business have you been putting off? 🤓

Setting up process documents in Google Docs alongside Floment project cards makes building systems ahead of demand so much simpler. Having clear task tracking ensures your team stays organized before growth hits instead of scrambling during chaos. You can also share regular progress updates in your community space to keep everyone aligned. Flowie is great for organizing those foundational workflows quickly.
How many of you create content on social media?
I do...🙌 But the real question is: how many of you are able to keep up with it? Are you consistent with: - Posting daily (or 2-3x/week) - Remembering trends - Extracting audios that go viral Hooks, pitches, flow, editing, font, and the list goes on.... It's really hard to keep up with everything, all at once, without assistance. ADHD becomes a cherry on top in this stack... I automated my social media accounts completely. The system fetches viral content and creates videos for my channel by itself. Just wanted to know how you guys are keeping up. What platform has been working for you lately?🙌

Keeping up with every single production step manually definitely burns you out quickly when you are trying to post consistently. I like keeping my script drafts and raw clips organized in Google Drive while tracking the pipeline stages and daily to do lists directly inside Floment. Having the project tasks and community updates in one clean board takes away that scattered feeling completely. What kind of automations are you running on your channels right now?
Ran into a huge issue..
I have been developing AI authority filters for my travel business ecosystem involving Meetup, Facebook, and Skool filters. I have had chat gpt remember everything and it has been working fine until now. Chat GPT all of a sudden after locking in these systems and using them for marketing, creating content copy and creating travel itineraries and checking profitability of said trips, all of a sudden, doesn't remember the details of these authorities(and I am paying for the enhanced version) Has anyone else run into this? And how have you adapted to ensure your frameworks are never compromised again? I have been developing these filters over the last month and feel I have lost a heck of a lot.

Relying strictly on chat history or persistent AI memory for core business logic is a recipe for heartbreak because context windows inevitably compress or reset as threads grow. I keep master copies of all my system prompts, brand assets, and frameworks stored in Google Drive or Figma so they're completely platform-agnostic. From there, I organize my daily execution steps, marketing campaigns, and task workflows inside project cards on Floment. That way, even if an AI model updates or loses context mid-stream, my underlying business setup and project tracking remain 100% secure.
