You're sitting in one of two rooms
@Daisy Jones-Brown your LinkedIn post today hit it on the head!💯 Ive been preaching this to my clients and community members for years: Right now, you are sitting in one of two rooms. Room #1 is the room of information. Podcasts, articles, free videos. You can stay here forever, gathering data, and you'll become very smart. You won't become wealthy. Room #2 is the room of implementation. Deals get analyzed, capital gets deployed, questions get answered by peers actually in the arena. It's smaller, quieter. Things get done here. Q: Which room do you choose to remain in and why?👇🏿

Definitely choosing Room 2 because sitting in pure information mode gets exhausting fast. I usually keep my overarching strategy docs inside Notion and then map out our daily build steps in Floment using project cards and task tracking. Having a workspace centered around daily execution and public progress updates keeps everyone accountable to actually taking action. Once you build that habit of daily momentum, going back to just consuming content isn't even an option.
I'd love your thoughts.
I recently received some valuable feedback and made a number of changes to my homepage. ChatGPT, Claude, and I have been working overtime. 😊 If you have a few minutes, I'd appreciate your perspective. Thank you all. Have a blessed day. michelemccain.lovable.app

Love seeing the continuous iteration on your new homepage updates! Whenever I gather feedback on site tweaks, I usually organize the design ideas in Figma and then map out all the actionable fixes inside Floment using project cards. Having a clear workspace with built in to dos makes tracking user feedback so much easier to execute without feeling scattered. Excited to check out the new layout!
Use these prompts to get more clients
Lately, I've been thinking deeply about what makes an expert-led business last. For years, I believed greater visibility required more of me: more posts, more videos, more stories, and more time online. My experience taught me something different. Visibility can open doors, yet a business becomes fragile when every sale, client result, and decision depends on the founder showing up. My work building AI operating systems and custom AI apps for experts has made this lesson even clearer. Every client carries valuable knowledge in her head: frameworks, stories, standards, instincts, and decisions refined through years of experience. That knowledge becomes a real business asset once we extract, organize, and turn it into a repeatable method. AI can produce polished content in seconds. Copycats can imitate your language. Neither can easily reproduce your lived experience, professional judgment, proven process, or client results. Your methodology creates the moat. Start documenting how you solve problems. Capture the questions you ask, the patterns you notice, the decisions you make, and the steps clients follow. Then turn that knowledge into assessments, frameworks, training, templates, workflows, or an AI-powered tool. Use these two prompts to begin: ✅Prompt 1: Extract My Method "Act as an intellectual property strategist. Interview me one question at a time to uncover how I help [ideal client] achieve [specific result]. Explore how I diagnose problems, make decisions, guide implementation, measure progress, and correct mistakes. After the interview, organize my process into a clear, repeatable framework." ✅Prompt 2: Find My Founder-Dependency Gaps "Act as a business systems advisor. Help me identify every area where my business depends on my direct involvement. Review content, marketing, sales, onboarding, delivery, client support, and follow-up. Rank each dependency by revenue risk and recommend one process, asset, automation, or team handoff that could reduce it."

I love this approach because turning abstract expertise into actual systems is where most founders get stuck. I usually store my raw notes in Google Drive and then break them down inside Floment using project cards and task tracking. Having our frameworks mapped out in a clean workspace makes execution so much smoother for everyone. It makes moving from high level strategy to daily action almost effortless.
