Define Your Transformation Statement (One sentence)
If your promise is fuzzy, everything downstream gets noisy: your pins, your onboarding, your weekly prompts, and what you celebrate. 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀: - Who is this for? - What do they get? - What pain do they stop dealing with? 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮 (𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆/𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲) This community helps [WHO] get [RESULT] without [PAIN]. 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝘄𝗮𝗽𝘀 (𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲) Without [PAIN] can also be: - without feeling ___ - without spending ___ - without needing ___ - without getting overwhelmed by __ 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀) - This community helps new runners build consistency without getting injured or burning out. - This community helps busy parents cook simple dinners without meal-planning for hours. - This community helps first-time home buyers feel confident without getting lost in the process. - This community helps photographers book better clients without undercharging. 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿 (𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘀) - If a stranger reads it, do they immediately know who it’s for? - Does it describe an outcome (not your method/tool)? - Can someone repeat it in one breath? 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 Comment with your 1-sentence statement using this template: This community helps _____ get _____ without _____. .

@Laura Paulina, it was actually a three-evening workshop. There were 4 paid delegates on it. The feedback was excellent and even got some great points on how I could improve it further, including that I should be charging more 😂 I will be running one again in May.

@Laura Paulina I am looking forward to the next one and doing more like this. 😎
Define Your “For / Not For” Community Identity
This is not about being exclusive. This is about making the room make sense. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿: - the right people feel seen - the wrong people self-select out - your community stays high-signal 𝗥𝘂𝗹𝗲 (𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁) Write this in 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀, not demographics. Not “for women in their 30s.” More like “for people who will actually try the thing and report back.” 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘀 (𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗸) This community is for people who… - want 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 - ask for help with context (not vague drive-by questions) - share progress (even if it’s messy) This community is not for people who… - only drop links / self-promote - argue for their limitations - want to be passive consumers forever 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 (𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀) Fitness community: For: - beginners who will follow the plan 3x/week - people who post check-ins and ask for form help - members who celebrate others’ progress Not for: - people who want a magic plan but won’t do the basics - anyone who shames others’ bodies or progress Career community: For: - people applying to jobs who will ship applications weekly - members who give thoughtful feedback on resumes/interviews - people who share wins + lessons learned Not for: - spammy recruiters or pitch-only behavior - people who refuse to take action but want constant reassurance Hobby / creative community: For: - makers who share drafts + learn in public - members who give kind, specific critique - people who do small challenges Not for: - harsh critique / dunking - AI/automation spam (unless it’s explicitly allowed) 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻 Comment with: - 3 “For” bullets - 2 “Not for” bullets Optional: add one line that sets the vibe: - In here, we do ___. - In here, we don’t do ___. .

This community is for: • female entrepreneurs who take aligned action and share their process (not just their wins) • leaders who want to grow their business without overriding their nervous system • creators who value grounded conversations, emotional safety, and sustainable implementation This community is not for: • people who want quick fixes, hype tactics, or strategies that ignore the body • lurkers who never participate, contribute, or engage with the work
Business Infrastructure Focus Report for Tony
@Tony Gordon thanks again for meeting with me this afternoon (your evening). I’ve gone through my notes from our clarity call and organized everything into your Business Infrastructure Focus Report, which I’ve linked here. Short summary of what you’ll find inside: - A clear snapshot of what’s already working in your business (and there’s more than you might think) - The one area that will give you the biggest sense of ease and momentum if you focus on it next - What we intentionally leave alone for now, so you’re not adding pressure or complexity - A simple direction for the next 90 days that supports calm, sustainable growth This isn’t about changing your vision or adding more to your plate. It’s about creating a smoother, more supportive path so your systems feel as grounded as your work. Take your time reading it, and when you’re ready, let me know: - what resonated most - what surprised you - and what you’d like support with next We’ll take it one clear, calm decision at a time.
