@Bill Mason - Funny enough, I look at all the business owners I've met during my career and think, "if that guy can do it, I can certainly do it." However, doing it is such a lonely road. So, it's easy to return to the point where you begin to question if you're on the right path. Looking at some of the top coaches, it's easy to assume that they don't have these types of struggles only because they're surrounded by people who share the same passion(s). My network, however, is mostly people that don't understand the call of being an entrepreneur. They think it's too much work, or too much of a burden. To me, it's the freedom I need to be the person I long to become. To answer your question about what I am building, I have two businesses I am working toward launching, both in the FM (facility Management) industry. It’s a slow grind. But I cannot (yet) afford the financial requirements to delegate any of the work to an expert. So, I just wrestle with the program/product, until I think it’s right. This is where I am thankful of this community – people that understand the burden, the call, and the struggles that can fill the gap and be sounding boards to those trying to elevate to their next level.
