Hey! Awesome progress!!! So if you're severely restricting carbs like that, make sure you aren't just eating protein, but are eating FAT too. When I first started my extended carb fast, after a few days I was hit with MASSIVE fatigue, brain fog, aches etc. They call it the keto flu. The two causes are not eating enough fat, and dehydration. When you switch into ketosis and your body starts burning fat, you also expel way more fluids and you have to replace those electrolytes. If you can, get an electrolyte powder/mix that you can add to water (that doesn't have added sugar!). When I was feeling like you are, a few slices of bacon and replenishing my electrolytes had me feeling WAY better.
