My First Loom-Style Skooly Video (and a Strategy You Need to Use)
Hey Offer Launchers! Okay… quick share before I get into the real reason for this post. This is my first Loom-style video using Skooly and I’m kind of obsessed. 😄 I’ve been wanting something like Loom for a while, but I didn’t want to keep stacking monthly subscriptions. So I kept putting it off… Then I found this. 🙌 Being able to share my screen and be on video at the same time? Game changer. 🤩 I’ll definitely be using this more because I think it’s important for people to see you while you’re teaching or walking through something. You can join Skooly with a 7-day free trial to see if you find it useful. But that’s not actually why I’m making this post. 😆 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 “𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲” 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 This is something I don’t see many people doing… but I’ve been doing it since my very first offer on Skool. And I use it for everything: • Courses • Low ticket offers • Premium offers • High ticket offers Same strategy across the board. 👉 I create my offer “About Page” inside the classroom Think of it like your sales page… but hosted inside your community. And here’s why this matters: If you can keep people on your platform, everything gets easier. They’re more likely to: • Stay focused (no distractions) • Actually read your content • Engage with your offer • And ultimately… buy When you send people off-platform, you lose attention. Inside your community, you keep it. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 = 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 We are paying for this space. Use it. I see people hesitate to “fill up” their classroom… But honestly? You’re not going to run out of space. You can: • Create offer pages • Build sales experiences • Add testimonial sections • Even create custom courses for clients I personally use it for all of that (and more). 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝘁 Every offer gets its own “About Page” as a course. Then anytime I talk about that offer, I link directly to that page.

This is a scheduled post 🤩
I decided to upgrade my Skooly membership! I’m now on the VIP tier, which allows scheduled posting. I used to be very against scheduling posts because I didn’t want my Skool communities to feel like a Facebook group. Sometimes Facebook groups can feel a little quiet or disconnected, and I always thought scheduled posts played a role in that. But now that I’m running two communities with a consistent posting rhythm, this feels like the right time to use it. I’ve set one rule for myself. I only schedule posts when I know I can be available within an hour of them going live. No posting and disappearing. So here I am testing it out. Being able to draft posts and keep everything in one place has been a big shift for me. One of my biggest struggles has been staying organized, and Skooly is helping simplify that. This also means I can be more present and available for members in both communities, which is what matters most. If you’ve been struggling to keep up with posting, organizing, or just want everything in one place, it might be worth checking out. You can start with the $9 tier to explore features like DM broadcasts, auto DMs, tracking member progress, testimonial pages, and more. It’s a good way to see how everything works before deciding to upgrade. Try Skooly out for 7-Days Free!

🚀 Launching the Offer: Discussion & Questions
As you move through this course, use this post as your place to pause and reflect. Each lesson includes reflection questions — come back here after each one and add your thoughts as you go. You don’t need to answer everything at once. This is meant to be a living check-in you can return to throughout the course. There are no “right” answers. The goal is clarity, awareness, and forward movement — not perfection. Share what feels helpful. Keep the rest private. You can always come back and update your answers as things click. These questions are located at the end of each course lesson for: Phase 3- Launching the Offer ▶︎Tip: Copying this whole list of questions and paste into a comment below so you can come back to as you move through the lessons. 1️⃣ Selling Without Feeling Salesy - Where could selling fit more naturally into what you already share? - What conversations could you start instead of making announcements? - What would selling look like if it felt calm instead of performative? 2️⃣ Your First Simple Launch - Does a soft launch or structured launch feel right for you right now? - What 3–7 day window could you realistically commit to? - What would make early action feel rewarding for buyers? Once you complete these questions take a moment to celebrate progress! 👇 🎉 You’ve Completed the Course Take a second to acknowledge this. You didn’t just consume information — you slowed down enough to think, reflect, and make decisions about what comes next. That matters more than finishing fast. You now have more clarity than when you started, and that’s the real win. You don’t need to have every step mapped out yet. Choose one small action, take it, and let confidence catch up. Well done. This is how real momentum is built. 🚀

1️⃣ Selling Without Feeling Salesy - Where could selling fit more naturally into what you already share? Teaching posts, conversations and check-ins. - What conversations could you start instead of making announcements? I’ve started posting polls and asking quick and sometimes fun engaging questions to see what members like, desire more or less of, and need.  - What would selling look like if it felt calm instead of performative? Easy, no stress and natural.

2️⃣ Your First Simple Launch - Does a soft launch or structured launch feel right for you right now? Soft launch - What 3–7 day window could you realistically commit to? 7 day window - What would make early action feel rewarding for buyers? Giving a bonus (something extra of value) and I’m going to caveat off of what @Nadia Quraishi said: showing how valuable their feedback is to create a program that is beneficial for them and future buyers. And also just the offer of being a Founding Member. Some like to be the first and grow with you. When we scale they’ll be proud to say, “I remember when she first started. I’m an O.G!”
Celebrating Krista's VIP Tier Launch! 🥳
Hey Offer Launchers! I want to take a moment to celebrate @Krista Brea and the launch of her new VIP tier. 🎉 Krista, this was a beautifully done post and video. You showed so much confidence and conviction, and that’s exactly what people need to see when we’re selling. You can clearly hear in your voice that you know you can help people with this VIP tier, and that belief matters. When we’re confident in the value of what we offer, it makes it much easier for others to say yes. A few things you did really well: • You were clear about the offer and what people get. • You explained it in a simple, easy-to-understand way. • You shared that someone has already jumped in, which adds great social proof. This is a great example of what strong, confident selling looks like inside a community. I’m really excited for you, Krista! 🚀 If you’ve been thinking about writing a self-published book, be sure to check out Krista’s community KDP Publishing

Allow Myself to Introduce Myself
Hi I’m Steve in Chicago! I help Skoolers transform into money making Authorities using the power of video 🎥 Somehow I also accidentally became the Skool IRL Mayor of Chicago, so if you're in the area let me know because we have awesome events where you can meet Skoolers in 3D :) I've been working with @Mona Weathers for what feels like five years now, because she is a content creating / offer generating machine. She brings tons of value to my group despite running like 30 of her own communities. I'm here to learn how the heck she does this 😂 When I’m not Skooling I like to rollerblade, paddleboard and go on random adventures all over the country. Last year was a hot air balloon, so what should I do next?
