Gracias por la explicaciĂłn.
Verb of the Day: Conseguir
Conseguir The Spanish verb conseguir (to get, achieve, or obtain) derives from the Latin verb cōnsequī, meaning "to follow," "to reach," or "to overtake". It is formed by the prefix con- (together, indicating completion) + sequī (to follow). In some parts of the Hispanic world, conseguir is also used as a synonym of “to find”, as in finding an object or thing. Algunas conjugaciones: Presente: consigo, consigues, consigue, conseguimos, conseguís, consiguen. Futuro: conseguiré, conseguirás, conseguirá, conseguiremos, conseguiréis, conseguirán. Presente perfecto: he conseguido, has conseguido, ha conseguido, hemos conseguido, habéis conseguido, han conseguido. Algunos ejemplos: Ana consiguió su sueño de viajar por Europa. Nosotros no conseguimos trabajo. Voy a conseguir los ingredientes para el pastel. ¡Tu turno! Write a sentence using conseguir in the comments!

I wish I could but the 5:00 p.m. times aren't a good time for me. Maybe in the future or if there might be other times that will become available. My times are best from 10:30 ish to 12:00 ish. I would love to be able to view the conversation club though if you can record them?
Next Tuesday! Conversation Club
¡Hola! We will be meeting every Tuesday at 5:00 for our Spanish conversation club. We will have a topic to focus on every week. This week we'll talk about family. Here are some useful vocabulary and questions (you can also find all this in the Classroom under "Vocabulary, Tips, and more") ¡Nos vemos el martes!

Alas, the time for this conversation club does not work for my schedule but maybe in the future? Is there any way you can record these for those of us that can't join in?

Just read your video about reading strategies and enjoyed how you had the reading practice article and underlining the key words, cognates and new words. Your list at the end also caught my eye as I live in Florida and in my area there are a lot of Spanish speakers, so often times when I go to a store, doctors office, etc or out and about there is signage in both English and Spanish so I read those to see how they translate from the Spanish to the English. Look forward to other videos. Thank you.
