Hey, I’m Tommy, I’m 18 years old and I’m building a personal brand from scratch on Instagram and TikTok under the name TOMMYWOW. My niche is physical aesthetics. I help young people build an aesthetic physique, gain muscle and get defined, especially those who’ve been at the gym for months without seeing results, who get frustrated quickly and don’t know where to start. I’m currently studying to become a personal trainer. But for me, aesthetics goes way beyond fitness. It’s not just about how your body looks. It’s about how you dress, how you carry yourself, what projects you build, how you spend your time. Every part of your life has an intention and a coherence. That’s what I call “aesthetic without fitness” — and that’s the culture I’m trying to create. In terms of content, I work with four pillars: fitness and physical aesthetics, where I give practical advice on how to build muscle, lose fat and develop an aesthetic physique; lifestyle and mindset, where I talk about discipline, consistency and personal development; Dream Big, where I push young people to go after what they truly want and not settle for an average life; and the TOMMYWOW concept, which is a dark aesthetic identity inspired by trap culture and artists like The Weeknd, Travis Scott and Playboi Carti. My long-term goal goes way beyond fitness. I want to be the first fitness rockstar in culture, a cultural icon, something that doesn’t exist yet. The challenge is that because of that, I can’t find a clear role model for that specific content pillar. In a way I see it as an advantage because the space is wide open, but it also means I have to figure out through trial and error what actually works. What I’m looking for in this community is to learn about audience growth, monetization and content strategy, especially for that pillar where I’m still finding my way. Thank you Alex for creating this, you have no idea how valuable this is
