Great essentials list bro.... there's always going to be somthing you come across that's missing from the list but that's part and parcel. One recommendation is with the bottles make sure you have the anti colic bottles. Really helped my little girls out with there burping.

Whose ready to be the Dad Their Child Deserves
After a great call with Clayton, I realised that one of the great things about having a kid is you are more motivated than ever to make some changes in your life. Unfortunately it sounds like once you have the child you have less opportunity than ever to do anything. I got inspired by a productivity technique that I saw and I altered it using the latest research on men’s mental health. It’s really simple, just a google sheet you fill out and I have access to so I can help you stay on track. It’s effectively an interactive habit tracker and it’s been working a treat for me. It’s divided up into 3 sections. Confidence. Connection. Contribution. Confidence will be a physical daily goal and a mental daily goal. Connection: Will be tracking how you have stayed connected to friends, your partner, your baby that day. Simply what have you done with or for them. Contribution Great way to check in on what you are working on and making sure you complete it. You simply add a 1 or 0 if you did or didn’t do something. I’ll then check it and give support in anyway I can. I’d love your feedback here it is! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ukVaFKmbW03cMc85OifYk4lwsTOpRi_2fUimUvW7gkI/edit?usp=sharing

As a father of 8 and 7 year old girls I can tell you, set aside a schedule for activities with your kids specific to learning what they like. children learn so fast and there interests will become apparent if your looking. Then find overlapping activities. Both my girls are very active and love to take part in push up challanges, and competative tests of strength and will. Who can potty sit the longest, silly stuff but Given the right motivation there going to set good habits early. Peak there Intests with yours.
