@Terrance Gee It covers short workouts that can be achieved anytime any place. Imagine working late or being on holiday and unable to make it to the gym, open the book and pick a workout- no equipment needed.

Hi all, This may be a stupid question- Does anyone sell their eBooks through their community? I have written a basic eBook within my niece and would like to make it available for members to purchase but not sure on the best way. Any help greatly appreciated.

@Terrance Gee Thank you for the awesome response, so my community is currently free and My ebook is on payhip already. Maybe adding a description and the link is the way to go. It is a fitness eBook, basically a series or workouts readers can carry out at home with minimal equipment.

I am generally writing for maybe 20 mins as soon as Im up in the morning, making sure I get my minimum completed then late evening once my day is complete.
