Welcome to Breath Dojo 🥋🌬️ You’re officially inside the place where we train one of the most overlooked performance tools in the world: your breath. Most people breathe every day without ever learning how to use it — to calm the nervous system, improve focus, build resilience, recover faster, and perform better under pressure. That’s what Breath Dojo is here for. Inside this community, you’ll find simple breathwork lessons, guided practices, training concepts, conversations, and tools to help you build a real breath practice you can use in everyday life — not just when you’re sitting on a mat, but when you’re stressed, training, competing, working, recovering, or trying to reset. Here’s how to get started: 1. Introduce yourself in the community.Tell us who you are, where you’re from, and what brought you here. 2. Share your main breath goal. Are you here for stress relief, athletic performance, focus, better sleep, recovery, nervous system regulation, or something else? 3. Start with the intro course. It’s designed to give you a simple foundation you can use right away. This is not about being perfect. It’s about practice. Ask questions. Share wins. Post what you’re noticing. Support other members. The more you engage, the more you’ll get out of it. Welcome to the DOJO. Now drop your intro below 👇 What’s one thing you want your breath to help you improve?

I pledged on kickstarter because I am 80 years old and have had a COPD diagnosis for probably 18 years; I still try to remain active with golf, but am looking for any way to improve my situation
