Guys this is some very good advice and it applies to all aspects of your life, if we don’t challenge ourselves and put ourselves into positions of discomfort we never learn, evolve or change, the best adaptations both physically and mentally take place when the body is usually under stress, new positions at work, taking on more work than you can handle, ramping up your workout schedule, getting up earlier, making sure your partner/partners are taken care of and evolving, forcing yourself to speak a new language to locals, all of this requires you to be uncomfortable, get after it boys
