📣 Here's how pricing changes on July 1 ...
and how to lock your rate by June 30, if you haven't already. Last week I promised you the full picture, so here's the updates on pricing. 🙌 First, a reminder of what we have here. 🔋 We are refreshing the Classroom. Easier to use, better organized, with new content to help you do more deals. This is a classroom refresh, not a change to anything you count on regarding EMD, Double Close, Morby/Stack and Echo funding deals. 📞 Live calls every week with our team and guest speakers. Let us know who you want on next. 👥 The community, and the overlooked value of engaging together and learning from each other. 🏗️ Your Deal Machine (see last post) with a custom white label website for all six funding products, Proof of Funds on demand, calendar links and other client engagement, your automated Nurturing Campaign, and more all remain part of the offering. Nothing you value is going anywhere. It will just keep getting better. 📈 Let's not forget the point of this community ... 👉 to gain financial freedom (each of us) Now the pricing shift. 👇 If you are a premium member now, you are grandfathered in at whatever the rate was when you signed up, and that is true for anyone that signs up before this goes live on July 1st. 😁 👀 I looked into other communities to better understand the offerings in the market. I do this at times to see if there are new things we can offer all of you. This time I did it to see how the market is priced. I found communities with only classroom material and live calls priced higher than our current rate. This made me feel good that we offer a TON more for less. I also found communities that also offer white label capabilities but at 500% to 700% of our price. Oddly, I didn't find any that offered Transactional and HML/DSCR white labeling with automated nurturing campaigns. That makes me feel like we are building something pretty cool in here together. Thank you all for the feedback that keeps making us better (you know who you are). I think it's safe to say we one of the very best deals out there and certainly better than a kick in the butt. 😜

Do you create the websites for us? Is that only for premium?

Here is what is possible when you bring us a deal. I'm going to start sharing more of our deals that come through our acquisition team members (you!). We are constantly working on dozens of deals in the system and a little vision into them could be beneficial. Do you want these posts❓ Someone connected us with an Echo deal in Houston. They didn't need to fund it, underwrite it, do the TC work, or bring the capital. We handled all of that for them. They made the introduction and walked away with $1,375. 💰 That is the whole acquisition model. You bring us the connection We do the uw'ing, TC work, legal, title and capital We both get paid And this is not a one time thing. We pay referrers on Stack and Echo deals all the time. Every one of them started with someone who knew a deal and sent it our way. 👉 If your connections keeps coming back, you keep getting paid.

@Paul Brown I will as I have time. Lol, I’ve been so busy getting the info on this and other deals that I haven’t had time to go through the training. My aim is to have problems to fix, then have you help me solve them. When I get a break I will dive in.

$1M down payment needed for a few hours.
I’m new here. I recently had a conversation with a buyer who needs about $1M for a group of properties he is buying in Houston, TX. He submits everything through his team, so I don’t have all the details. What’s my next step? I’ve seen the HUD, and he would like to close early next week. He does a lot of deals so I think this would be a great contact. Full disclosure: I did submit this to a lender in the new Gator Challenge (Pace Morby), however it’s a brand new relationship and I have no visibility into the process as the buyer had his team fill out the application. I’m not sure if or when they will fund it so I thought maybe we could reach out to the buyer and see if we can get them taken care of.
