My goal is to maintain 3 people underneath me as a solid team, closing 30 sales a week by the end of the month 🔥 I’m going to do this by paying attention to my teams needs and wants and giving them the right tools when they are being trained so that they can reach their own personal sales goals too

Hola team! I’m Tom I’m from England but I live in New Zealand, I’m a huge car fan, love fixing them up too, I’m pretty much the group mechanic 😂 I love following and watching the nba when I can. Love to game in my spare time after work too. I’m known for my huge amount of energy I bring to the table 🤪 I’ve been doing door to door sales for 4 years now and currently run a team of 4 total. I started with yours truely, Liam, and have loved every minute of it. Happy to be apart of this community and will love to see it grow 🔥
