I'm trying to submit a PAR but the screen keeps getting an error message. Any idea why?

Has anyone had experience in Batch-Quoting on Dibbs?

I use Dibbs Navigator. It costs me less than 1k a year. I met with Parts Base on the government side. It has a ton of information about the part, its uses, and coding info on the part that Dibbs Nav doesn't have, but does that additional information translate to dollars? They DO have a way to change the color of Solicitations search line that you have already looked at by color code to help you keep track of stuff you bid on or passed on so you know at a glance. But an additional 4k a year? If someone is really turning it into dollars let me know.
