Straight to the point, our marketing agency is doing 40-50k per month and we need to scale our outreach to hit 100k per month. Our current setter/qualifier got too busy also managing our backend sales team so we need to replace him for this offer. The offer is one role with 2 parts: $60 a week base pay. $1500 - $3500 ticket size 1. Qualifier + call reminder - Qualify inbound booked appointments and remind them of their appointment. 2% commission on the closed leads you qualify. 2. Inbound Setter - Execute the same qualifying framework on inbound calls and outbound calls to hot leads, only you book a meeting at the end. $10 per qualified show + 10% commission on the closed leads you set. OTE is 1-2k a month with almost all inbound leads and majority of work from Mon-Fri. We have an established outbound team and a proven framework + training. This role is not for everyone, these are the requirements you need to apply: ✅ PERFECT ENGLISH, must be fluent and easy to understand (American accent preferred). ✅ Must have prior experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or sales. ✅ Work and answer calls quickly confidently, and professionally. ✅ Comfortable making consistent calls. ✅ Must be able to work US hours consistently. ✅ Confident handling objections and skeptical prospects. Base pay and pay per show are incentives for established setters, not crutches for unmotivated setters. We're looking for someone ambitious who wants to perform and win, not someone who needs to be pushed to work.
