Chore day over here
Watering the plants. Cleaning two bathrooms. Setting up next week’s whole food supplements. Finishing taxes. Definitely not exciting but this is the kind of work that quietly holds everything together at home. I used to dread days like this. But now I see them differently. This is maintenance. Maintenance of life. And maintenance is what makes everything else feel easier and so much less stressful. A few things that are helping me today: I did my taxes first so it’s not hanging over me all day. I’ve got YouTube on while I clean so it feels lighter. I’m reminding myself that future me will be so glad the supplements are done before dinner time. Making it a challenge makes these small decisions make the day feel doable and not so bad. We don’t talk about this enough but a good life is built in these kinds of days being taken periodically. What’s one maintenance thing you’re taking care of today?

Weekly Content Calls Starting April 🚀
You asked, and I listened. So we’re trying something new. In April, I’ll start hosting weekly content sessions on Fridays. Because building a business alone can feel really quiet… and really heavy. And I don’t want that for us. I think this will help. My goals are simple: • grow your business while I grow mine • build 101-style courses live with you over time• create a rhythm where we show up and follow through Not perfectly, but consistently. So here’s what we’re going to test on Fridays: Week 1: Financial Review Co-working (continues) We track the prior month’s income and expenses together You’ll leave knowing your numbers and what to adjust next(free spreadsheet included) Week 2: Skool Q & A About pages, classrooms, community, leaderboards, and offers Bring what you’re building, and we’ll make it clearer and stronger Week 3: Amazon Q & A KDP, FBA, ads, listings We focus on what’s actually moving products, not just setting them up Week 4: Claude Coworker Q & A AI chatbots and agents, oh my! Bring your questions about AI in your biz or personal life and let's get them answered Week 5, if we have one: Open Lab Whatever you need most Hot seats, ideas, or just time to move something forward And here’s what I want this to become for us: -A place where we stop overthinking -A place where we actually take the next step -A place where our business starts to feel doable… and even a little bit collaborative Because if you show up for a few weeks in a row…you won’t just have more ideas You’ll have: • your numbers organized • your offer clearer • your systems started • and something built and growing We’ll test it together and adjust as we go. If you’re in, tell me which week you’re most excited about 👇 And don't worry if you can't make it live, there will be replays.

@Mk Duma you do want one!!! A Skool community. Just my opinion. It can become a great container for clients, prospects, and referrals. I know @Sybil Hall is going to deliver with her usual no burnout brilliance.
Replay: Tracking our monthly income and expenses co-working instructions
As business people, we need to be tracking our income and expenses. I know that it's tough to get started, so I am committed to doing this with you every month. I will show you how to do it, and then we will do it together. I am handing you this spreadsheet so you can do your financial tracking, too! Get out of your head and just do it! Honestly, you will be glad that you did. Make a copy of this tracker 1. Set up Tab - Change the income and expenses category to the categories you see on your statement 2. Transaction Tab -Date -Category -Transaction amount 4. Check the Profit and Loss Report for your progress 5. Repeat at the beginning of next month The three screenshots you see here are my Profit/Loss Pages for January and February 2026 1. Amazon FBA $594.47 Net Profit 2. Amazon KDP $211.53 Net Profit 3. Skool $2250.04 Net Profit 4. Next month, I will start another spreadsheet and track Jan-Mar for all my other business expenses (i.e., website, Zoom, etc.). 5. One step at a time! We've got this! What questions do you have?

@Mercedes Aspland yes!!! You will love it. A tracked number grows. I have a spreadsheet series I do with our 1:1 clients and at first they resist but when they see how it supports them they fall in love. And @Sybil Hall has made this so wonderful.
From Panic to Pivot: When One Door Closes, Stop Pushing It
Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little bit of my journey lately because I know so many of us are in the thick of the "hustle." As some of you know, I’ve been navigating a major transition. I turn 60 this year, and with a husband older than me, the pressure to "be financially successful" and create multiple income streams felt heavy. I was operating out of a place of panic, clutching onto my previous business model even when a manufacturer’s labeling error made things feel impossible. But here’s what I’m learning through @Sybil Hall's amazing VIP guidance: When you stop pushing a door that has clearly locked, you finally have the energy to see the ones that are wide open. The Shift The moment I stopped "clinging" out of fear, the phone started ringing. Not for my products, but for me. I’ve been asked to facilitate Journaling for Mental Health workshops. I’ve been recruited to lead Corporate Wellness & Movement sessions for all-day intensives. I almost said no because it wasn't "the plan." Then I realized: This IS the plan. This is the pivot. My "Aha" Moments: 1. Success isn't a straight line. We see the "fame and riches" of others, but we rarely see the 12 failures that came first. 2. Balance is a myth. Some days are for the grind; some are for the pivot. It’s just one day at a time. 3. Letting go is a strategy. Letting go of what I "loved" is making room for what I am meant to do as a certified coach. I am so grateful for this community and for Sybil helping me do things smart instead of just doing things hard. If you're feeling burned out or like you're hitting a wall—maybe stop hitting the wall and look for the window!
