You're already exactly where you are supposed to be. *Intention - This community isn’t religious, but it is deeply spiritual. I use the word God because it’s the language that feels true to me. You might call it Source, Spirit, Higher Power, the Universe, or something else and that’s completely welcome here. I personally see Jesus as one of our greatest teachers an example of love, compassion, truth, and embodied wisdom. You don’t need to share that belief to belong here. However you understand God, Source, or a higher intelligence is welcome and respected. I use the word God because it’s the language that feels true to me. I believe we were created in God’s image, which to me means there is a part of the divine within each of us. No religion required. No beliefs enforced. Curiosity, respect, and lived experience are what matter here.

I recently published a book on Amazon called The Reset Code. Endorsed by many notable physicians, including Dr. Ben Carson, US Senator Marshall, MD and the foreword was written by Dr. Thayne Larson, a surgeon from Mayo Clinic, this book was written in response to the explosion in chronic illnesses in recent years, to include diabetes, heart disease, liver disease, auto immune diseases, many cancers, Alzheimer's, etc. This book provides a 10-step science-backed solution for preventing, and even reversing, many chronic illnesses. I also created a 10-week Christ-centered program to support women on their health journeys.
