Examples: “What helped me in a similar situation was…” “Something I noticed in my own pattern was…” Instead of: “You need to…” “You’re doing it wrong.” Everyone here is responsible for their own nervous system and choices. 2. This Is Not Therapy or Medical Advice This community provides education, reflection, and peer support. It does not replace therapy, medical care, or professional mental health services. If someone shares something deeply personal: Respond with care and empathy, not treatment plans or diagnoses. 3. Respect Emotional Safety People in this community may be working through: survival patterns • trauma responses • identity shifts • emotional regulation work That means: No shaming • No attacking • No dismissing someone’s experience Curiosity is welcome.
