🌟 Day 24 of The Challenge: Expanding Your Network
Hey, Courage Crew! Yesterday we looked at who’s currently in your circle. Today we turn toward who’s missing. Your reinvention isn’t just an inside job. Tt’s also about intentionally surrounding yourself with energy, wisdom, and support that reflects the life you’re creating. 👥 In today’s short video + reflections, you’ll explore: - What kind of support you need most right now - Who you need in your life to help you elevate - Where you might find these aligned connections (and how to approach them!) Your challenge: Identify at least one type of person or group to add to your network. Drop it in the comments along with your plan to connect! For repeat challengers: Think bigger. Who would challenge your next-level self? What connection would stretch you into bolder rooms or deeper alignment? Let’s call in the right people...because the right crew changes everything.

I am still working on this. Since relocating this has been one of the most difficult things for me to do. I didn’t realize until recently that I haven’t made any new friends in years. My connections were mostly work related and now I feel the need to be more social.

@Elena Rakochy yes please, thanks
I spoke to arrogant loser today.
Today some broker calls me about my land listing. He has been trying to call me for 2 days. I said text me, and he never did. He was like you know that's not buildable, it's only 1/2 an acre, it backs up to the rain in the yard. I am like it does back up to the train in the yard. Well that's a high price. You know I own most of the land on LI, I am like, ok. He was like where did you get the price, and asking other questions. You know agents spend their time, you don't want to waste your time with a price. I said put in an offer if your interested, he said it will be low. I said others called to put in offers, he said no one will- I am the only one interested. I was like, Robert, did you want something?? No one will pay that amount. I was like put in an offer if your interested. I have to go...BYE BOY Now before I may had the fear and backed down...nope not this girl. I was like bye...The arrogance. Money hungry...please drop dead.....

💫 Day 18 of The Challenge: The Consistency Formula
Hey, Courage Crew! Today we’re unlocking a key to reinvention that doesn’t get enough love: Consistency — not as a hustle, but as a habit of self-trust. Here’s my personal formula:Patience + Self-Belief + Evidence = Consistency In today’s video, I’ll walk you through how to identify where your consistency might be breaking down and how to rebuild it from a place of compassion, clarity, and power. You’ll also explore ways to cultivate patience with yourself, strengthen belief in your ability to change, and gather proof that you’re on the right path—even on the days it doesn’t feel like it. 📝 Once you’ve done the reflection, share in the comments: - What part of the formula you’re focusing on most - How you’ll shift your approach to staying consistent with your goal 🔁 For Repeat Challengers: If you’ve done this before, ask yourself: - Where did consistency break down last time? - What’s different about the version of you showing up now? - How can you build consistency from a deeper place of self-love and belief this round? Let's focus on consistency ladies...not perfection ❤️

I love this so much! The Consistent Formula is the secret formula. It’s a mindset re-wiring. I get it….this speaks to me in every way. My self-belief took a hit since job searching but with patience and small wins like network connections and interviews and trusting the process things will work out.

@Jasmine Escalera You’re right, Jasmine. Trust is huge…I have to work on that too.
🌟 Days 14 & 15 of the Challenge: Reflection & Reinvention Momentum
Hey Courage Crew! Happy Monday! First, just a quick note...I didn’t get a chance to share our Day 14 post yesterday. I needed a deep rest day and ended up sleeping through almost the entire day (sometimes the body just takes what it needs, right?). But we’re right back on track and keeping the energy going strong! Below, you’ll find both Day 14 and Day 15—two powerful prompts to move you forward with intention. 💫 Day 14: Week 2 Reflections Let’s take a moment to pause and honor what you’ve already done. Last week, you: - Visualized your future self and started becoming her through embodiment - Committed to a habit to support your goal - Took immediate action to build momentum - Broke down your reinvention into smaller, doable tasks - Created a new schedule rooted in your growth and success 📝 Reflection Prompt: What has been your biggest win—mindset shift, action, or strategy—from Week 2 of this challenge? Drop it in the comments so we can celebrate with you! 🚀 Day 15: Identifying Skill Gaps You’re halfway through this 30-Day Kickstart—and today’s prompt is all about clarity. We’re now shifting focus to what might be standing in your way, and one of the biggest barriers to growth? Not having the skills we need to get where we want to go. Today’s video + reflection will help you: - Identify the key skill gaps related to your challenge goal - Get honest about what you need to learn, improve, or explore - Start making a plan to close the gap (and yes—this community can help!) 📝 Comment below: What skill(s) would help accelerate your growth? Do you need support with boundaries? Visibility? Financial tools? Networking? Drop it below—we’ve got your back. 🔁 For Repeat Challengers: This is a beautiful check-in point to ask: - What skill helped you most in your last round of the challenge? - Is there a new skill or tool you’re ready to build this time? - How can you stretch your growth even further in the second half?

My biggest win from Week 2 is doing things with intention. I’ve been consistent with my workouts and prayers. I need to give myself grace and stop beating up myself on things that are beyond my control. In order to close the gap I need to breathe and stick to my schedule. To stretch my goal further I need to believe/trust the process and who I’m becoming.

@Jasmine Escalera oh yes and I am a lot calmer.
💖 Day 22 of The Challenge: Embracing Self-Care
Hey Courage Crew! Today we’re shifting gears to focus on something that often gets overlooked during reinvention: your well-being. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Why Self-Care Matters: Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s strategy. Without it, burnout creeps in. With it, you fuel the energy, clarity, and emotional capacity to actually live your reinvention...not just build it. 🫶🏾 Today’s Challenge: Do one thing today purely for you...your body, your soul, your spirit. Take a long walk. Light a candle and journal. Laugh with a friend. Buy yourself some flowers. Then hop in the comments and tell us: - What are you giving yourself today? - How does it feel to choose you? 🔁 For Repeat Challengers: This time around, think deeper. Ask yourself: - What does self-care look like for the next-level version of me? - What does elevated self-care feel like when I’m living from deservedness, not depletion? Your reinvention needs nourishment.You are worthy of care—because you exist. Not because you earned it.

I showered for about 15 minutes longer than usual and it felt great. I locked the bathroom door, played music so I couldn’t hear my daughter trying to pick the lock and took deep breaths. I will be doing this more often although when I got out of the bathroom I saw the screwdriver on the floor by the door. Self-care is best and I now understand why it is. It’s awesome! lol
