This is only my third day and already I have experience shifts! I have herniated disks in my lower back and neck. I have been very stiff and tight lately, no matter what I did. This exercise has allowed me to relieve that pain and stand and walk normally. I feel myself coming home to my body and appreciating it more. And just as Ilana says, my body craves for it now. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to expand deeper into this practice.
