Your frequency (your emotional state, your thoughts, your internal energy) is the lens you experience life through. When your frequency is low — filled with fear, stress, shame, guilt, anger, and self-judgment — everything around you reflects that back. When your frequency rises — into peace, gratitude, love, trust, and empowerment — life begins to shift in ways that once seemed impossible. Let’s break this down: 🔥 Addiction Lives in the Lower Frequency States Addiction is rarely about the substance, the habit, or the behavior itself. It’s about the emotional state you’ve been living in. - Pain - Disconnection - Stress - Numbness - Overwhelm - Feeling “not enough” Addiction becomes a coping mechanism for a nervous system and a mind that’s out of harmony. You don’t “fix” that by willpower, you fix it by changing the frequency inside your body. 🌿 Healing Happens When Frequency Shifts Think about the emotional states connected to healing: - Gratitude - Safety - Hope - Compassion - Connection - Love When you hold these states even for a few moments, your brain chemistry shifts. Your nervous system relaxes. Your body stops being in “survival mode.” This is where healing begins — not in battle, but in coherence. 🎙 The Thoughts You Think Are Vibrations Your self-talk is not just in your mind — it’s sending signals through your whole body. - “I’m broken” lowers your energy. - “I can do this” raises it. - “I’m learning and growing” expands it. - “I am worthy of peace” transforms it. Your reality rearranges itself to match your dominant internal signal. 💡 You Create Life From the Frequency You Live In You don’t get the life you want, youget the life that matches your vibration. Reiki was an important part of my healing journey, energy healing empowered me and helped me process heavy emotions. Im now Reiki level 2 and its one of the best things ive ever done.

Work on self love and healing but dont get stuck in past stories, embody the you that lives and clean sober and healthy life by living that way, fostering good habits and being proud of the life you live now, who youre becoming and what youre leaving behind x its all growth

Love this. I stop becoming attached and addicted to things that were taking me away from my true self, and became focussed on becoming my best self, and true self. Im always looking for ways to improve and something sneaky things like sugar try to creep back in so I need to reset on why being healthy is me in my self self and keep going.
