My name is Tina VanArsdall, I am 61 and am very excited to be in this community. I hope to gain the knowledge I need to be a successful writer with the help of AI of 30 Day Journals with Affirmations and Reflection Questions that help people with Mental Illness (whatever it may be depression, anxiety, etc.) as well as people struggling with Grief. I am also dabbling in Grief Books for children, teenagers, and young adults. I have a history of Depression and Anxiety, and my daughter Brittni did as well. My daughter Brittni passed away 16 and a half years ago at the age of 19. I have a great passion to help people and hopefully ease some of their pain or maybe have a better understanding of it. I'll be at the Event today with Tony and Dean "You Were Meant for More". I can't wait to conversate with many of you because I know I'm certainly going to need some advice from time to time.
