We did it, Class of 2025 RRR Lifers! 🎉 ✅ No alcohol, coffee, or sugar ✅ Three 24-hour fasts ✅ One 3-day fast ✅ 16-hour intermittent fasting daily ✅ Breathwork daily ✅ Two workouts a day ✅ Gratitude 🙏 ✅ Less social media How is everyone feeling? I’m feeling amazing! The new habits, changes, and mindset shifts have been fully implemented. Today, I fitted into my size 8 jeans something I haven’t been able to wear in over 12 months! Today, I could have had a coffee, but I didn’t even want it. Instead, I did another 24-hour fast! Thank you to Kirsty, Beau and the community for your support over the 21 Day Challenge. I have learnt so much about myself. My mind is stronger than I thought. I will be using the challenge (with some personal tweaks) as a base of how i continue to live. I am a visual learner so doing the tick and flick at the end of the day really helped me. I loved the journalling and breathwork. It has helped me be accountable for my mental and physical health.
Update - DAY 17!
Yesterday was a whirlwind! We traveled from Chiang Mai to Bangkok, squeezing in client meetings and business strategies and our weekly WBS group business coaching session along the way. Even with a packed schedule, I fasted for 24 hours, hit the gym for an hour (treadmill, a small weights session, and a stretch), and finished with a 3-hour adventure walk, shopping and exploring (counting that as bonus cardio!). Now, we’re about to fly back to Perth with an 8-hour stopover in KL. Normally, I’d indulge in the private airport lounges with food and drinks out of habit, but I’m fasting for most of the day and planning to get in an outdoor workout during the stopover instead. The mindset resilience has been next-level. Where I used to turn to food and drinks in these situations, I don’t even feel tempted now. The habits and new identity are strong. And Beau? His biggest challenge has always been drinking while flying (because he doesn’t love flying), but he hasn’t budged at all. Proud doesn’t even begin to describe it! This is what habits, reps, and building a strong identity can do. How’s everyone else going? Share your wins or breakthroughs.

Such a busy day with some much accomplished, well done guys. ☺️ must be nice to be going home. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed 🛌 Breakthroughs *Applied for a Marketing and Communication Foundations Skill Set course to start a new path. Hopefully i havnt left it to let for enrolment. *Applied for a position that i hadn't thought of applying for (thanks to my sister for suggesting it) cause I didn't think i could do it *Started going to a yoga class again last night, I previously was doing yoga at home. I love the atmosphere of being back in a class. "Ticked all my 2 do list last week.
