Welcome I thought I’d start a community of like minded people to put our brains and experience together to better understand how to support the wellbeing of the people at the very heart of education. Our teachers. We know workplace-well-being is personal, collegial and systematic. It sits within teachers, in teams and school culture, and also in the design of the work and support systems. I meet so many wonderful, thoughtful people in my work in schools, I wanted to have a way of re-connecting with you. This this Skool community. I am excited to share all that I have learned and I am more excited about learning from each of you, then figuring out ways to make a difference in public schooling in WA Welcome.
