Week 1: Opening the Channel Goal: Notice they’re there Day 1: Set your intention. Light a candle and say out loud: “Angels, I’m ready to connect. Help me learn to trust your guidance.” Journal how you feel after. Day 2: Angel name game. Ask for a sign of your guardian angel’s name. It might pop into your head, show up on a license plate, etc. Write down the first 3 names/words you get. Day 3: 3-Breath check-in. 3x today, stop and take 3 deep breaths. Ask, “Angels, what do you want me to notice right now?” Don’t judge what comes. Day 4: Feather or penny request. Ask your angels for a specific, harmless sign today: a white feather, finding a penny, seeing 111. Note what shows up. Day 5: Music messages. Ask angels to communicate through song lyrics today. Pay attention to songs that get stuck in your head or play at “random” times. Day 6: Gratitude ramp-up. List 10 things you’re grateful for, then add: “Angels, thank you for guiding me to even more blessings.” Day 7: Weekly review. Reread your notes. What patterns do you see? What felt real vs. like your imagination? Angel numbers go hand in hand since that is the language most people can relate to. WEEK 1: BUILD AWARENESS Day 1: Log every number. Today you’re just noticing. Write down every repeating number you see, even license plates or receipts. No decoding yet. Day 2: Notice new beginnings + 1s. Look for 1, 11, 111, 1111. Where are you being called to start something? Take one tiny first step. Day 3: Practice patience + 2s. Look for 2, 22, 222, 2222. Where do you need balance or teamwork? Wait before reacting today. Day 4: Create something + 3s. Look for 3, 33, 333, 3333. Express yourself. Doodle, journal, sing, tell a joke. Creativity counts. Day 5: Build foundation + 4s. Look for 4, 44, 444, 4444. Organize one drawer, pay one bill, finish one task. Angels = support for structure. Day 6: Say yes to change + 5s. Look for 5, 55, 555, 5555. Do one thing different. New route, new food, new conversation. Day 7: Weekly Reflection. What number showed up most? What surprised you? What 1-2-3 action steps did you take?
