Can somebody please help me. I was on the high achiever elite level 5 and for some reason or another my account has been completely wiped out. I’ve tried to email Philip Johanson and his team but I’am not getting a reply. I’ve put a lot of work into climbing the levels and feel very betrayed at this moment. I just want to know what has happened and to continue
