Need Help with Make.com Automation!
Hey everyone, I’m stuck on something and could really use your help! I’m working on an email summary automation that: 1. Goes through my specified email label every 24 hours 2. Uses ChatGPT to summarize all the emails 3. Sends me a one-mail summary of all the individual emails 4. Automated to repeat every day. Right now, I’ve disconnected the ChatGPT module to test that my aggregator works well before moving to the next step. I’ve been stuck on this for two days now as I keep being sent multiple emails instead of a single email—any ideas on how I can resolve this? Would really appreciate any tips! 🙏

Hey Benjamin! To fix the multiple emails issue, try this: 1. Add a Text Aggregator module after the ChatGPT summaries. This will combine all summaries into a single text output. 2. Place the Email module after the aggregator (not inside any loops)—then map the aggregated text as the body. This setup will send just one summary email per 24 hours. If you still get multiple emails: - Double-check you don’t have the Email module inside an iterator or array path. - Sometimes, adding a second aggregator ensures all output is flattened for one email. Questions: - Are you grouping summaries (e.g., by sender)? That could require a second aggregator. - Is your Email module directly after the aggregator, or inside another route? Let us know how it goes! Tim

Thanks for the update, Benjamin! A couple more things to double-check: - Are there any filters, splitters, iterators, or routers in your scenario after the aggregator(s)? - In your aggregator settings, is it set to “aggregate all bundles from the previous module” (not using any grouping key)? - Try removing the array aggregator and just keep the text aggregator directly before your Email module (sometimes using both can cause a split). - If you run the scenario with logging on, do you see more than one bundle output from the aggregator? If all else fails, could you post a screenshot of your scenario’s flow (modules and connections), including the aggregator settings? It might help spot anything subtle. Happy to troubleshoot deeper if you can share that view! Tim
Can THIS Be Automated?
Let's play a game. Comment ONE repetitive, mind-numbing task that eats up your week. The thing you dread doing. The 30-minute chore that always interrupts your deep work. Here’s mine: Manually answering client calls and scheduling meetings. I’ll go through the comments and tell you exactly how to automate it (or if it's even possible). This is my specialty—I live in the world of AI(specializing in Voice AI) and automation and love figuring this stuff out. Let's see what's bogging you down! ⬇️ (P.S. If your task is super complex, I might DM you a quick Loom video breaking it down!)

Biz Ops Initiation - Every time a new person decides to jump into the arena of entrepreneurship, there are certain things that aren't talked about because they aren't sexy, like file management - admin, prompt libraries, proposals, projects, tools, research, branding assets and so much more. I incorporated my business a month ago and I'm still trying to get file management and general structure templated for future businesses or to pass to others. I would group email organization right there with it as well.
Frontend builder for n8n workflows
Hey all. Just wondering what others use to build front ends for n8n workflows ? As an example, I have workflow that requires images to be uploaded but would love a simple way to build this front end (via prompts). Eventually, I would like to publish as a mobile app. Even the ability to build a front end website at the sametime. I have tested loveable how ever would love to understand any other alternatives. Thanks in advance.

n8n vs Make.com
Make.com is more user friendly and easier to start with especially for beginners, while n8n is a bit more complicated and suitable for intermediates to work with. They are both low-code no-code tools. Make.com is also cheaper to start with. I saw many people asking this so I answered here. Good Luck everybody
