How to Actually Start – $5K MRR Climber
Hi Climbers, I want to highlight this approach shared in the community by @Gary Hickman because it perfectly shows how this business really works in the real world. The idea is simple, but very powerful. Instead of overthinking pricing, branding, funnels, or trying to make everything perfect from day one… just start by getting results for a few businesses. Go after businesses that can clearly afford your service (for example $400–$600/month clients). Then offer them a free trial for a few months and go all-in. Set everything up for them. Help them collect reviews. Even invest a bit upfront if needed (flyers, NFC cards, QR codes). The goal is not to make money immediately, but to create real case studies and real impact. At that point, you’re no longer an “external tool”. You become part of their team. You manage their Google and Facebook profiles, you monitor their reviews, and most importantly… you start seeing problems: • slow responses to reviews • missed opportunities • bad ratings not handled properly • no consistent review flow And that’s where the real opportunity is. When you go back to them (even just for a coffee), you’re not pitching anymore. You’re showing them what’s happening and where they’re losing money. Then you offer the solution. This is the key shift: from selling software → to solving real problems. And you don’t need many clients to make this work. Even just 2–3 clients at $400–$600/month already makes the whole thing worthwhile and validates your business. The takeaway is this: Start small. Get hands-on. Focus on results. Use those results to sell. This is how you build a real reputation management business.

Thanks for posting this! I’ve not had any takers using the 7 day free trial and feel that’s way too short to get to know the system and see results. I’m now offering 90 days free to my existing website clients to take your approach.

🚀 New Features Released – A.M.A. Recording (12/03/2026)
Hi Climbers 👋 Here are some of the updates we’ve worked on and released this week. We’ve introduced review request reminders. If a contact receives a review request but does not click the review link, the system can now automatically send a follow-up reminder after a selected number of days. The reminder message is fully editable, giving you complete control while helping increase the chances of turning more contacts into reviews. At the moment, review request reminders are available only for text messaging channels (SMS and WhatsApp), while Email reminders will be released soon. Reminders can be enabled at the plan level. Another new feature is custom sidebar links in Client Mode, which can be assigned to specific plans. This means you can display certain links only to clients on selected plans, such as a Gold plan. These links can point to any URL you choose, including premium services, extra resources, booking pages, upsells, or support portals. We’re also continuing to expand the unbranded knowledge base by adding more tutorial videos that you can safely share with your clients. The goal is to build a growing library of clean, unbranded resources that help clients understand how to use the platform and its features, while keeping the software completely white-label from their perspective. As always, these updates are driven by your feedback, so keep sharing ideas in the community 🙌

Thanks! Great updates.
I already have a QR code" – the objection that kills?
Hey everyone! I bet this has happened to you: you pitch your solution to boost Google reviews and they hit you with: "Oh but I already have a QR code, I don't need another one!" Frustrating, right? Out of my last 10 prospects, they all said it. But I figured something out: the problem isn't the QR code, it's what's behind it. Here's what I tell them now to make them think: The QR code is just a door: A regular QR code sends people to a link. Mine is connected to software that automates everything, filters reviews, and personalizes the experience. What do you say to this objection? Thanks for your help Claude
