Should you go all out in practice or not ?

I've been interested in the sport a couple of months before that. Then Devon came to Paris for an event, I went there and pulled with him with was the first time I pulled on an actual table hahaha I also realised that day that I was very weak Then I thought I had gotten stronger and participated in a competition in December 2022. Levan and Irakli were there, that was crazy to meet them I also got killed this day, I got one win over an injured guy 😅 I talked a bit with Levan and Irakli, we compared hand size and basically I had pretty much the same as Irakli while being much smaller He said it was good (with his own words because he didn't speak english at all at the time 😂), so I said to him that I would train ! That's how I decided to begin my journey in armwrestling 😊
