How about a fun little tool that is for managers and dev leads that emails them each day at an appointed time with 1. The team member they should connect with. 2. A question or a prompt to get a caring conversation going. ??

Especially with remote work, it can be hard to maintain report an get caring candid conversations. This tool could make it more of a habit.

Nerd Words Crossword 1
Years and years ago there was a great book series called the Heads up Series. They taught code with excellent Pedagogy (teaching so things stick and your brain actually grows synapses). Each chapter had crosswords with vocabulary. So I made a crossword with some nerd words mentioned in Lionel's videos this week. If you get all the nerd jargon jumbled, doing this crossword may help your brain solidify the neural pathways to force it to learn. And crosswords are fun too.
