Hey everyone, Thanks to paid ads, getting appointments isn't a problem anymore. However, the majority (about 90%) of the loan officers/brokers I'm attracting are "broke" and only close 1-2 deals per month. (just enough to cover their living expenses) They don't have the budget to invest in paid ads and are looking for a service where I provide them with appointments at no upfront cost, and they pay me a percentage if they close a deal. My ads currently say, 'Only pay us 10% per client.' Should I change this wording, start filtering these leads more effectively, or take a different approach? (btw I've attached one of my ad creatives.) Thanks for your help!

A client I just signed on Thursday is terrible at responding to me. I have the ads ready to launch but I want sms reminders to be setup but whenever I try to ask them to do something or even respond back I get nothing. I just want them to finish setting up a2p (which I made a step by step guide on how to do) they also already payed me 500 dollars so I’m not sure why they are not responding, any advice?
