How are you actually using AI right now? Honest answers only.
No wrong answer, and “I tried it and stopped” is genuinely the most useful one to me. I'd rather build the next thing around what people actually do than what I assume they do.

Caught one — what did AI get wrong for you this week?
New thing I want to run every week. Post something AI told you that was wrong, and how you caught it. I'll start with one of ours. We printed in a lesson that prompt caching saves you 30 to 60 percent. It's closer to 90. We found it in an audit, corrected it, and left the note in the lesson instead of quietly fixing it. Yours doesn't have to be dramatic. A wrong date, an invented policy, a confident answer about something that doesn't exist. If you caught it before it mattered, that's the skill working. If it slipped past you and you only noticed later, post that one too, because it's more useful to everyone else. What did yours get wrong?

The Buildathon didn't happen. Here's what went wrong.
In July I announced a Buildathon for the end of that month. Two people said they were in. Then nothing happened, including from me. No projects were submitted. The dates, the eligibility rules, the judging criteria and the prize details I said would go up before entries opened never went up. That's the actual reason nothing got built, and it's on me rather than on the two of you who put your hand up. Gruhenloghns and Gavin, I've replied to you both on the original post. Sorry for the month of silence. Here's what I've learned from it: a build competition needs a room bigger than twelve people, and it needs its rules written before it's announced, not after. I had that backwards. So it's parked rather than cancelled. If it comes back, the dates and rules will be posted first and you'll be able to read them before deciding whether to spend a weekend on it. Everything in the classroom is still there and still free. That part never depended on the Buildathon.
