Alright here is a moment of transparency. Sometimes impulsively marketing your business is ok. BUT.. you have to have a way to catch the business. I will be leveraging AI tools to help make sure this doesn't happen again. (Manychat) but don't make the same mistake. Take to beats, when creating your marketing strategy, be sure you have a way to be notified if someone comments on your post OR be prepared to manually review your performance. Also, periodically review your analytics to determine when and how you need to pivot.
