One of my biggest aha moments happened almost immediately. After putting my request in, I received a message from my love just 10 minutes later that simply said, “I love you.” What resonated most for me wasn't the message itself, but what it reflected back to me. I've been so hard on myself lately, and during the healing I felt my aura being pulled back in. It was as if my energy, which had been stretched too far outward, was returning to me. I also felt a sense of being shielded—more grounded, protected, and settled within myself. The contagion healing brought awareness to patterns of self-criticism, pressure, and doubt that I've been carrying.
