🦾3 Steps, A $20 Gadget and A Science backed 10 minute Routine for BEST SLEEP!
What does a 3 step swap, a $20 Gadget and a 10 minute night ritual have in common? NO INSOMNIA anymore! Here is my best ways to sleep routine! 3 🦾Swaps: 1. Changed all bed linens to something organic, bamboo, cotton, silk, linen blends. Think HIGH FREQUENCY and lower cortisol. It works! 2. Changed the standard bulb in my bedside lamp for a warming bulb...it mimics sunset and induces melatonin production and starts regulated circadian cycles. I set a timer and it turns on by itself when I am ready to rest at the same time each night. 3. A breathing exercise called PRANAYAMA. Sounds funny, works amazing to regulate the heart rate, oxygen levels and breath in a high stress situation, as well as deep see diving and calming the body after a long insane day making that MONEY! This is alternate breathing with figners and your nose. That's it. (Follow the picture below: Breath in normal for 8 seconds. Hold 8 seconds. Breath out holing one nostral 8 seconds. Breath normal. Repeat 7 times.) My 10 minute SLEEP ROUTINE! 1.5 minute red light therapy with my $20 gadget...I have a 660 red light belt from amazon, works amazing, wraps round my back and can be used anywhere on the body. 2.3 minute stretch. Light, Legs, toes, Arms, waist, Wrists, fingers, Neck. 3.2 minute !Moon Shot" herbal tonic I use at night for that DEEP sleep we always want for rest and repair. šŸ„—(Tonic) 1 Tsp Ground Tumeric. Pinch Ashwagandha. Concentrated Passion Fruit Juice. Pinch Fennel Seeds. 8oz warm milk. Try this for 1 week. Post YOUR experience in the LOUNGE!
