Meditation question
For those of you who meditate, I was curious how it interacts with or has to do with your medicine experiences. For example, do you try to get into a meditative state that is similar to (but not identical or as strong) a state that you were originally brought into in the medicine space? If that's the case, then can medicine work sort of act like a signpost of where to get to, and then meditation can be your more regularly scheduled way of reminding yourself and getting back into that mindset and that spiritual space?

I’d say it helps to surrender to it. It helps somatically to calm the body using the mind, particularly if you do a practice like yoga nidra. I’d say medicine can point the way or be a signpost as you said but also meditation itself can take you to different places that are just as beneficial and important even if you never did medicine. My personal opinion.
