Control Creates Fantasy. Revelation Creates Clarity.
Have you ever looked back at a relationship and thought: How did I miss that? Or worse… Why did I choose Mr. Wrong again? In this week’s FREQ Theory, we’re talking about the contracts we make too early — emotionally, physically, spiritually, and even practically — before we have real clarity. And yes, this applies to relationships. But it also applies to business, purpose, calling, identity, money, and major life decisions. When we move from control, we often attach first and then try to create clarity after the fact. We choose. We attach. We protect the decision. We build a story. We call red flags “signs.” We confuse anxiety with confirmation. That is not revelation. That is fantasy. Control creates fantasy. Revelation creates clarity. Revelation looks different. It waits for peace. It looks for fruit. It asks better questions. It notices reality. It refuses to rush. It lets God light the next step instead of forcing the whole path open. The question I’m asking in this video is simple but confronting: Are you moving from clarity, or are you creating clarity after the fact? Because if you are creating clarity after you’ve already attached, you may not be in wisdom. You may be in control. This one is deeply personal for me. I have lived this pattern. I have protected decisions that were harming me. I have turned red flags into “signs and wonders.” I have built stories around choices I made too quickly. But God is merciful. He restores. He heals. And He teaches us how to stop choosing from panic, lack, and fantasy. Watch the new FREQ Theory episode then come back and tell me: Where in your life are you learning to wait for clarity before you attach?

Who Is Your God?
Your view of God is shaping your identity more than you may realize. Not just whether you believe in God — but who you believe Him to be. If you see God as judgmental, punishing, controlling, critical, or waiting to catch you doing something wrong, that image will eventually show up in your own life as fear, self-judgment, control, codependency, or lack. But if you begin to see Him as Scripture reveals Him — love, mercy, freedom, life, Creator, and eternal goodness — something shifts. You stop relating to God through fear. You stop trying to perform for His approval. You stop believing correction means rejection. You begin to reflect His nature instead of your wounds. This week’s Frequency Theory is about the image of God we carry — and how seeing Him rightly transforms the image we carry of ourselves. Then come back and share: What false image of God are you ready to let go of? Or, what attribute of God do you need to remember this week?

Yes! Gratitude is acceptance, which then makes us more open to others which allows them to relax too 🙏
When Clarity Won’t Come Until You Move
Are you frozen because you don’t have clarity yet? A lot of people stay stuck because they want the whole path revealed before they move. But God usually doesn’t work that way. He gives light for the next step. That means revelation often comes in motion. Not before obedience. Not after you’ve figured everything out. In the step itself. So here’s the real question: What is one next step you know God has been asking you to take — and what has been stopping you? Drop it in the comments if you want. Sometimes naming the hesitation breaks its power. And if you want help getting unstuck and moving with greater peace, come join us for the Saturday workshop. It’s a space to go deeper, get clear, and work through what’s keeping you frozen. Saturday, May 18th at 10am EDT Join us Saturday here

Is faith blind… or is it actually vision?
We’ve all heard the phrase “blind faith.” Like believing in something means ignoring reality. But I don’t think that’s true. I think faith is actually how you see—and what you see internally is shaping your life more than anything external. So I want to ask you something: 👉 When you think about faith in your own life… Which one feels more true right now? A) Faith feels like guessing and hoping B) Faith feels like clarity and direction C) Faith feels confusing / inconsistent D) Something else (tell me) I’m really curious what shifts for you after. https://youtu.be/sm6FOAN_y6U

I think most people have been taught faith as “blind”…but scripture describes it more like evidence and substance. That’s a very different experience.

@Nadine Holland Thank you, Nadine! Your encouragement gives me so much momentum. I'm so glad it connected with you 🤍 I have been so struck by the idea that hope fills the physical body with such a different feeling than fear.. I keep trying to find ways to express this. I'm so glad you can hear me! 🙏 And thank you for the technical feedback.. I'm tweaking to try and make the video process as clear and helpful for the viewer and as painless for me as possible.. it's a work in progress 😒 I'll work on the sound and visuals.. I love you!
